I have been doing signing for other companies namely large banks. If you have any experiences with dealing with a large lender banks please tell me about it. I have heard it is taking up to 3 months or more for some to finally finish and fund there loans. We are still trying to close our loans in less then 30 days. Is bigger better? I have seen through my signing that they seem to be charging more as well. You would assume that you would get a better rate and better fees by dealing with your member bank but many times it is not true. Tell me your experiences or thoughts on the subject.
